Cytidel's Third Party Supplier Monitoring helps you stay informed about potential breaches of your suppliers and help with your Third Party Risk Management efforts. This guide will help you set up and manage your alerts, so you can receive timely updates.

Setting up alerts

Add your suppliers

1. Enter a Supplier you’d like to get alerted on, e.g. Microsoft, Wordpress
2. Add in what service they supply to your business
3. Select a priority level: P1 - Critical, P2 - Important, P3 - Standard
4. Add in any notes on where or how this service is used in your business 
5. Click Submit
6. Repeat the process for all the suppliers you’d like to monitor

Receiving & managing alerts

Once you’ve set up your suppliers, Cytidel will:

• send email notifications about new articles where a potential breach of your supplier is mentioned (max. 4 a day)
• keep track of alerts in the Recent Alerts table for easy review
