Transfer 2FA to a new device

1. Switch the 'Enabled' toggle under Two-Factor Authentication and confirm 'Disable 2FA'

2. Scan the QR code with your new authenticator app and confirm 'I have scanned the QR code'

3. Enter the 6-digit code and confirm

4. Download the PDF with your recovery codes

5. Finish setup
